 What courier do we use?

 FedEx is a global market leader in international express, overland transport and air freight.

 For RUSSIA, shipping will be made with the Russian's postal service due to Russian customs regulations.

 Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 36 hours on working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Tresor Maison is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Important information

1. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

2. We do not ship to PO BOX and military addresses since we always ship registered packages.

3. Shipments usually ship the next business day after the placement of the order. When a shipment leaves our distribution center, an email with your unique order number will send to your email address.

4. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

For orders in the European Community, delivery will take 2 to 5 working days and to remote destinations up to 7 working days.

For orders outside the European Community, delivery can take up to 7 working days for prime locations and up to 14 working days for remote and distant areas.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Shipments to Gaza - All orders to Gaza are temporarily suspended. To ensure that you still receive your package, please select an alternative shipping address.

Delivery to Brazil - Purchases shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica - CPF) in order to clear customs. To speed up the process and avoid any possible delays, please have this information available when our shipping partner contacts you.


Insurance


All orders are insured for theft and damage while in transit. Once a package arrives, you should check the protective seal that it is not broken and in general inspect the package for obvious damages. If you notices anything of the above either refuse delivery or state the alleged damage on the paper that you are asked to sign for delivery. If you write such damage on that paper, our insurance covers you. If you fail to write it, then our insurance does not cover you. In any way, our insurance does not cover the order after delivery has made.


Taxes and Duties 

Countries of EU do not pay any taxes:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.


Other countries:

The recipient of the order will be liable to pay any taxes or duties imposed by the country’s customs you are shipping to. Payment is obligatory in order for the shipment to be released from the customs. Please keep in mind that since we do not have control over these charges, we cannot advise you what these charges will be. It is your responsibility to check with your local custom’s agents for any charges they might impose on the products you order from us. In case of money back refund, taxes and duties charges from countries other than European Community countries, are not refundable by us. In case you do not pay any local customs duties and as a consequence the package returns to us, then a money back refund will be issued to you, using the same method of payment less the shipping and other costs.

Packaging details 

All orders will be packed in TresorMaison gift boxes and placed in our shipping box.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 calendar days from the day after you received you order.

1. You must notify customer care in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 calendar days from the day after you received you order. Email: info@tresormaison.com


2. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at TresorMaison.

3. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment and any other Import Fees that are incurred on the package.

4. All items must be returned unused and from the country that the order was delivered to.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all TresorMaison and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included with your return.

5. We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the items back. Please, pay your attention that the consumer pays for shipping of returned items.

How to return

Just send your item(s) back to us within 14 days.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or Moneybookers or PayPal account.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through TresorMaison. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. In most countries you may apply to receive the duty fees back showing the return proof.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted. 

Important information

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

We prefer that items are returned to us via FedEx to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means.
